ANAYX Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email info@anayx.com.

When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.

When you request a commission: your name, email, and whatever you tell us about the piece.

When you leave a review: the name you choose to display and your email address, which is not published.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Revolut.

To take payment, send you what you ordered, keep you updated, and meet our legal obligations around business records.

Supabase stores our database. Vercel hosts the site. Revolut processes payments. Resend sends our emails. Each only receives what it needs to do its part.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Order records are kept for six years, which is what UK tax law requires. Commission enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years. You can ask us to delete anything not legally required before that.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We store your basket in your browser so it survives a refresh, and a session flag so the opening animation only plays once per visit. Neither is used for tracking or advertising.
