An order becomes a contract once we confirm it by email. We may decline an order — if a piece has sold, if a price was listed wrongly, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Every piece is made by hand. Colour, pattern and finish vary between pieces, and photographs are a guide rather than an exact representation. Grain, bubbles and small irregularities in resin are characteristics of the process, not faults.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, through Revolut.

A commission is agreed by email before any work starts, including the price and rough timeline. Because the piece is made for you specifically, it cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to ANAYX Ltd. Buying a piece does not transfer any right to reproduce it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
