Changing your mind
Under UK consumer law you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or was not what you ordered.
Made-to-order and commissioned pieces
Pieces made specifically for you — commissions, personalised work, anything with your chosen text — are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right, because they cannot be resold.
This does not affect your rights if a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was agreed.
If something arrives damaged
Email us within 48 hours with photographs and your order number. Resin and glass travel well but not perfectly, and we would rather put it right than argue about it.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of you proving you sent it.
